Contact Improvisation

Contact improvisation is a unique dance form focused on weight sharing, physical listening, and improvised collaboration. It’s playful, somatic, and beautiful! There’s no lead, follow, or set moves that you’re supposed to be doing at any point. Think of it as a conversation in the form of a dance!

Join us at Firehouse 5 for beginner friendly classes from 7-8pm, followed by an hour long “jam” where you’re free to dance with anyone.

Entry is $10 in order to cover renting the space and supporting our teachers.
