Join us May 4 for this out-of-this-world, community/fan-run convention! It's also a fundraiser for Make-A-Wish Foundation, the City of West Sacramento Dept. of Parks & Recreation's children's programs, and other local not-for profit community organizations.

Featuring vendors, artists, exhibits, light sabers, costume characters (including the 501st Legion Central California Garrison, Rebel Legion, SVRF, & Mandalorian Mercs), costume parade, art, contests, comedy by Critical Hit Geek Comedy Troupe & Retrocrush, live entertainment including a saber battle by SaberCombat.com, games, kid's activities, arts & crafts, and more!
Family-friendly 10 am to 4 pm; followed by PG-13* shows 4:45 pm to 8 pm (please note, no children under 13 will be allowed in the Black Box Theatre after 4 pm).
*Don't miss our special "PG-13" evening comedy acts, 5 pm to 8 pm, featuring Critical Hit Geek Comedy Troupe and Retrocrush! (Sorry, no children under 13 allowed!) Free with adult admission, but we recommend selecting a Your Highness Package while they last to guarantee a seat!

Announcing a COSTUME CONTEST! Here's details:
To enter, simply line up in front of the West Sac City Hall Galleria at 11 am sharp for our short costume parade which leads up to the Black Box Theatre across the street. The contest will be in the theatre immediately following the parade!
Costume Contest Categories are:
• Excellence in Craftsmanship
• Most original/creative
• Most humorous
• Best representation of the Dark Side
• Most heroic
• Best children’s
We have an awesome group of special guest judges who will each pick one winner for each category and award a special prize that they've provided! I'll be introducing the special guest judges soon in the comments below.

You'll find registration and the vendor hall in our City Hall Galleria. The cosplay room, children's Holiday Special room, and exhibits room will be on the first floor of the Community Center; Live entertainment will be in the theater on the 2nd floor of the Community Center.
We will be raising funds for the following two CHARITIES:

Moo-la, the City of West Sacramento Parks and Recreation Department's official fee assistance program for West Sacramento families who want their children to benefit from Parks & Recreation programming, but may not be able to afford the cost for activities. With Moo-la, those families can receive financial aid so their kids can play and be active for a lower cost.

9 AM – 3 PM: REGISTRATION opens in the CITY HALL front desk (moves to Black Box Theater at 4 pm)
10 AM – 6 PM: VENDOR HALL (in the GALLERIA adjacent to registration), presented by Toy Fusion.
10 AM – 7 PM: VIDEO GAME LOUNGE, in the upstairs foyer above the vendor hall, hosted by Once Upon a Video Game.
10:30 AM: CHARITY HEAD SHAVING for St. Baldrick’s, outside in front of the City Hall. Watch cosplayer Jennifer Ravensong get her head shaved down to nothing but a Sith symbol! And you too can get a Sith or Rebel symbol buzzed in your hair or airbrushed on your skin for a $10 donation to St.Baldrick’s, all day ‘til 4 PM!
11 AM: COSTUME PARADE: all costume contest participants, please join our short walking route, starting in front of the Galleria – look for the line-up sign outside. (Parade leads across the street to the costume contest in the Black Box Theater, upstairs of the Community Center.)
4 PM – 5 PM: CHARITY AUCTION in the Vendor Hall.
