Many of us were taught to lead as if growth is constant, energy is infinite, and progress is linear. But the reality we’re living in tells a different story. Systems are straining, breaking down, or transforming. And the old paradigms of leadership fail to meet the moment.
Nature doesn’t operate this way. It moves in cycles of rest, emergence, fullness, and release.
What if leadership, especially now, is less about pushing harder… and more about learning to move with the season we’re actually in?
This 60-minute guided discussion is intended to support leaders in developing seasonal intelligence - the ability to sense, honor, and respond to cycles of rest, emergence, growth, and release within themselves, their relationships, and the systems they are part of.
Implicitly grounded in Integral Theory, this session explores the position that seasonal awareness is a form of leadership medicine, especially in a time when dominant systems are destabilizing and linear, extractive approaches are no longer sustainable.
Participants can expect an embodied and experiential wander through the topic, leaving with more resources for Self, relationships, and systems in transition.
