Our weekly group is an ADHD-affirming space where we empower each other, connect, share experiences, and learn practical skills to navigate life with ADHD. Meetings are confidential (no need to RSVP below). To get the Zoom link, please register here.

Sessions are peer led and facilitated by Carrie Bess Whitenight, APCC, and Lauren Dibble, LMFT, an experienced ADHD therapist and founder of Brilla Counseling. Through expert guidance and group collaboration, we're here to help you discover your inner strength and take practical steps toward creating the life you want.
Drop-in on the dates that work for you ($5-30 sliding scale).
This meeting is open to anyone who self-identifies as a woman and has been diagnosed, or believes themselves to have ADHD/ADD.
