We're a supportive, ADHD-affirming space where women come together to connect, share experiences, and learn practical skills to navigate life with ADHD.

Our sessions are peer-led and moderated by staff from Brilla Counseling Services, an ADHD-focused group therapy practice in Sacramento, CA.
Open to anyone who self-identifies as a woman or who has experienced ADHD as a woman.
