Our weekly group is an ADHD-affirming space where we empower each other, connect, share experiences, and learn practical skills to navigate life with ADHD.

Sessions are peer led and facilitated byVanessa Salvaleon, AMFT, and Lauren Dibble, LMFT, an experienced ADHD therapist and founder of Brilla Counseling. Through expert guidance and group collaboration, we're here to help you discover your inner strength and take practical steps toward creating the life you want.

This meeting is open to anyone who self-identifies as a woman and has been diagnosed, or believes themselves to have ADHD/ADD.
