The Risks in "Crypto" - Sacramento Bitcoin Monday Meetup

We meet every 2nd and 4th Monday of the month at Capsity coworking space in Sacramento. We discuss Bitcoin, crypto, the blockchain, NFTs, and eat pizza. Our group is pretty advanced but n00bz are always welcome.

Crypt Loco will share over a decade of his experience with the various ways in which individuals and businesses can lose money when investing in the “crypto” space. The talk will explore three main areas of risk:
1. Assets
2. Businesses built on top of these assets
3. Regulation

This talk will provide a general overview of the potential risks and pitfalls associated with investing in this space and will hopefully equip attendees with a lens to observe misunderstandings based on the three areas of risk listed above, which tend to inevitably lead to bad outcomes.
