Eviction party! At Bryan's house

We are calling it an "Eviction Party" because, "Bryan fought the corrupt Property Management Company up to the point of a jury trial, and then the Judge demanded that they both compromise and settle because it would be a waste of the jury's time...party" just didn't have the same ring to it!
