Ice Cream Party Cake Decorating Class!
Learn the art of stacking a cake, ensuring stability and a finished presentation. Each student will make their own 5” cake into a smaller version of the one pictured.
Gain confidence in handling piping bags, piping tips, and tools to achieve professional-quality results.
Learn piping skills to fill mini ice cream cones.
Use white chocolate ganache to create the classic drip effect.
Use other edible embellishments to design your cake.
*actual ice cream is not used during this class, rather cake, buttercream, and ganache* (it’s too hot for all that!)
All materials and tools provided.
Complimentary refreshments.
Photoshoot and box for your cake.
Ages 15+When: 8/20/25
Arrival time: 5:45PM
Class: 6PM - 8PM
Tickets: $95 per person and includes all supplies, each person works on one cake. You must purchase a ticket before coming to the class.Ticket link:
