Come as you are. I’ll lead us in some breathwork to help calm the nervous system and bring us into the body, then we'll sit silently in meditation. From a place of calm open awareness, we will write together in silence. Nothing will be read aloud, no feedback will be offered, simply 30 minutes of contemplation and 30 minutes of freewriting.
