The Morning Pages technique is a daily stream-of-consciousness journaling practice originally created by Julia Cameron in her book The Artist's Way. In this gathering we’ll come together with the intention of writing 3 pages longhand to clear the mind, unblock creativity, and process emotions by getting everything out, uncensored, onto paper. To begin, we’ll do some breathwork and a few minutes of meditation. If you’ve ever wanted to have a Morning Pages practice, this is a great way to jumpstart the habit. Come join us.
