What to Bring
Bring whatever helps you feel comfortable and relaxed:

• Eye mask (optional – for deeper meditation)
The studio floor is firm, so be generous with padding to remain still and at ease during the 50-minute session.
Location & Parking
📍 Atman Health & Wellness Studio
1515 19th St, Suite 200, Sacramento
• Plan ahead for Midtown parking
• Free parking is available on the right side of the building in “Reserved Only” spots
• Additional street parking is available in front
• Studio is behind the green curb parking spots—turn left into the lot.
Sound Journey Etiquette
• Please place your mat with care to honor spacing and comfort for all.
• Respect the quiet—once doors are locked at 7:45 PM, no late entry is allowed.
• If arriving close to start time, do your best to enter quietly without disrupting others.
Snoring & Sleeping
If you tend to snore, Kristianne may gently tap your foot to avoid disrupting others.
Sitting up or leaning against a wall may help if you’re prone to falling asleep.
It’s perfectly natural to drift off—sound baths are deeply relaxing. Your body still receives the healing, even in sleep. Alternatively, stay conscious and present by focusing on the sounds as a mindfulness practice.
Ambient Sounds
Sometimes external sounds may arise from outside the building.
Instead of resisting them, use them as a reminder to stay present and relaxed. Let go of judgments or distractions—they are part of the practice.

We look forward to holding space with you
