Manifesting Your 2020 Vision!

Shannon Nicole from The Daily Vibe is a local Sacramento Reiki Master Teacher & Sound Healer. Shannon helps you to restore your energy to a state of harmony and balance through meditation with the breath and sound.
She will be teaching us about the crystalline energy of her singing bowls and how they interact with our energy to help balance and harmonize us. She will will then show us how we can send energy ahead of us to help set the "field environment" for 2020. She will have us write down what we want to let go of and leave behind in 2019 and what we want to call in/step into and manifest for 2020! She will end with a Soundbath and little guided meditation.
