About us

Welcome to the Sacramento IT Infrastructure & Cybersecurity Community!

This group is for IT professionals in the Greater Sacramento area who want to connect, learn from each other, and talk openly about the day-to-day challenges of modern IT.

Whether you manage networks, servers, identity, cloud platforms, cybersecurity, help desk operations, or anything in between — this community is a place to share insights, ask questions, explore new ideas, and meet peers in similar roles.

We keep things practical, friendly, and real:

No sales pitches

No vendors pushing products

No pressure to present

Just genuine conversations with people who understand the work you do

Our meetups are hosted in person, and each session includes real-world experiences, current challenges, and helpful tips from across the IT, infrastructure, and cybersecurity fields.

If you're an IT Manager, SysAdmin, Network Administrator, MSP professional, Security Analyst, or simply someone responsible for technology in your organization — you’re welcome here.

Come share, learn, and grow with other IT professionals in Sacramento.

Sacramento IT Infrastructure & Cybersecurity Roundtable–July 2026:Microsoft 365

Chicago Pizza with a Twist, 7431 W stockton blvd, #170, Sacramento, CA, US

This month we're focusing the roundtable on Microsoft 365 security — the gap almost every organization has and few actually check.
We'll talk through the identity and security risks that quietly pile up in real M365 environments: admin rights that outlive the people who needed them, MFA and sign-in gaps, the OAuth apps and shadow-AI tools users connect without anyone noticing, and what a tenant tends to look like right before something goes wrong.
