Hi! I’m offering a Yin + Journaling: Releasing Control & Overwhelm

Take a pause from the chaos and reconnect with your inner calm. This deeply restorative class combines Yin yoga, guided journaling, and a gentle tapping-inspired practice to help you release the weight of control and ease feelings of overwhelm.

We’ll begin with grounding Yin postures that open the hips and shoulders—the places we often hold stress and expectations. Then, you’ll move into journaling prompts designed to help you explore:
“Where am I trying to control what I cannot?”
“What would it feel like to trust the flow of life?”

To close, we’ll practice a soothing 15-minute tapping sequence to calm the nervous system, anchor your insights, and leave you feeling lighter, softer, and supported.

Why I combine all three
Emotions live in both the mind and body. Yin yoga helps soften physical tension and create space, while journaling brings clarity by putting thoughts and feelings into words. But when we stir up deep emotions, the nervous system can feel activated. That’s why we end with tapping—to signal safety to the body, regulate the nervous system, and help reprogram stress patterns. This approach—movement, expression, regulation—supports true integration and lasting change
