What we’re about

This group is for people who want to build better habits using the principles from Atomic Habits by James Clear.

We will discuss the ideas from the book in a practical and real world way. This includes talking through the concepts chapters and habit building exercises described in the book and how they apply to everyday life. If members have habit building ideas experiences or experiments of their own they are encouraged to bring them to the discussion as well.

For every meetup I will prepare a simple habit focused exercise inspired by Atomic Habits. During the session we will discuss the exercise together understand how to apply it and then follow it during the week. At the next meetup members can reflect on what worked what did not and what they learned from the process.

This is a new group and the goal is to build a consistent and supportive habit building community from the ground up. I will be present at the meetups with the Atomic Habits book and will guide the discussion and weekly exercises.

This group is ideal for people who value self improvement intentional living and steady personal growth. You do not need to be perfect or have everything figured out just a genuine interest in becoming a little better each day.

All experience levels are welcome.
