Join me and Elizabeth Dils, breathwork practitioner, for a unique experience! She will weave breathwork through our grounding meditation and along our walk to help us deepen our connection with the Earth, the Forest, and the creatures who live there.
Our experience will begin with a grounding meditation enhanced with breathwork to establish our connection with the Earth. Walking very slowly and stopping frequently to observe and breathe into the energies allows for a complete sensory experience.
Suggestions to bring/wear: weather related comfort items, drinking water, journal/pen, camera, binoculars. Most importantly, bring your open mind and heart!
PARKING: To maximize our time together, please arrive 10-15 minutes early to allow time to pay for parking. Enter Ancil Hoffman Park via Tarshes Dr. and go down the hill to the stop sign for the ranger station. Use the brown self-pay box, which is behind and to the left of the ranger station, next to the tree. After you get your parking pass, follow the road along the golf course, turn left at the next stop sign, and the parking lot is on the right.
