Welcome to Sacramento Area Polyamory! And as of 2025 - Yes, we are very active! We meet (at least) 3 times a month and have an active (though new!) Facebook group: Sacramento Area Polyamory Private Group Page
This is a group for polyamorous or poly-curious people in/near Sacramento who want to meet other polyamorous people. Events are posted on multiple sites: Facebook, Plura, Fetlife and sometimes Eventbrite.
We are an LGBTQIA+ inclusive group.
We are not swingers. This is not a hook-up event space. As individuals, you are absolutely welcome in this space! But those are not the type of events this group hosts.
SOME MEETUP ETIQUTTE:
1. Do not message people out of the blue here (on in most spaces that aren't explicit dating sites) instead meet people at the events and ask consent to enter their conversation bubbles.
2. Please go through me before soliticing at my events! Not to say don't do it, I'm saying get in contact with me (Hi, Sarah! Can't miss me) so we can work together! Don't be sneaky about it, we should all be working together right now!
3. Most groups will tell you to keep your RSVPs up to date. All of Consensual Non-monogamy is not, yet, a protected class and we understand the need to be not visible whatsoever. If you need help navigating events, please reach out to an event host! With that said, do what you need to be safe but do show up! Throw it on the google calendar and come by. All of our spaces are explicitly supportive of us being there.
