Integration Circle

This peer-led integration circle is a space for people to share and talk about a psychedelic experience. Integration refers to distilling teachings, lessons, and meaning from our experiences and weaving what we’ve learned into the fabric of our everyday lives. This is a container where we can share what we are working through and learning from our psychedelic experiences in a non-judgmental and supportive space. You are not required to share in order to participate and you can share as much or as little as you would like about a recent experience or one from the past.

We will begin with some grounded breathing and group agreements, then there will be time for each person who wishes to share to speak and be witnessed and heard by the group.

This group is facilitated by Terra, a member of SPS. She helps run a small space for spiritual practice in Sacramento and has experience assisting people in their psychedelic integration and healing process.
