Snoring
If you tend to snore, you may gently get a tap on your foot to avoid disrupting others. Sitting up or leaning against a wall may help if you are prone.
It is common to drift off—sound baths are deeply relaxing. You still receive the healing, even in sleep. Alternatively, you may stay conscious/present by following the sounds for a mindfulness practice.
Outside Sounds
Sometimes external sounds may arise from outside. Instead of resisting them, use them as a practice of nonattachment & follow your Bretag or the he’sling sounds. Let go of distractions—this is a practice of being present for all things in life.
If you have any questions, don’t hesitate to send a message. We look forward to holding space with you!
