Warmup - 1 mile
Workout - 1000 at 10k/400 recover back
1000 at 10k/400 recover out and back at park
3 x 400 at 5K/200 rec
6 x 200 faster than 5K/200rec
Cooldown - 1 mile
Cones at 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, 1200, 1400
-Bring water, watch for cars, stay to the side of the street.
-Adjust paces and intervals as needed
-For those members who are racing, please remember to wear Buffalo Chips singlet, hat, logo, and log your results into ACE incentive program.
