Warmup - 1 mile
Workout - 3 x 1000 at 10k/400 rec
3 x 600 at 5k/200 rec
Cooldown - 1 mile
Cones at 600, 800, 1000, 1400
Bring water, watch for cars, stay to the side of the street.
Adjust paces and intervals as needed
For those members who are racing, please remember to wear Buffalo Chips singlet, hat, logo, and log your results into ACE incentive program.
