Announcements - 5:45pm
Warmup - 1 mile
Workout - 2 x 1000 at 10K first one recover back 400 second 90 sec recovery.
4 - 5 x 600 at 5K / 200 rec.
With temps going up, make sure to recover slowly on the 200.
With consistency at these evening workouts over the summer you will become heat acclimated.
Adjust paces and intervals as needed based on your condition
Cooldown - 1 mile
Bring Water, Watch for cars, Stay to the side of the road
