The focus of the London release is all about improving the user experience. One of the new features of London is called Agent Workspace. This product is directly targeted to service desk agents and other fulfillers who spend the majority of their time in ServiceNow. It is a direct result of customer feedback letting ServiceNow know that the default UI was not aligned with the way agents actually work.
