Day Hike (2A): Bay Trail, Pt Isabel to Rosie the Riveter Pk (Sacramento Group)

Let’s enjoy cooler Bay Area weather right at the water’s edge, and get a taste of history in the bargain. 6 miles, no elevation gain, on well-maintained wheelchair-friendly trails. Bring lunch and liquids. Trail is mostly exposed; sunscreen is advised. Well-behaved owners (leader’s rules) with dogs on leash and under control at all times (park rules) are OK. Rain cancels. Leader keeps an unhurried pace. Both ends of the trail have vehicle access, and hikers who wish to avoid the return walk may be able to work something out with carpool drivers. Gear list and other information will be provided after approval. Each participant will be required to sign the Sierra Club Sign-In & Waiver Form at the Trailhead.
