Day Hike (1B): Redwood Regional Park Oakland (Sacramento Group)

Join us for this wonderful hike among the Redwoods. Surprising for Oakland, this large, hilly park is filled with second growth Redwood trees. We'll follow numerous trails through the park including the Stream trail. If we're lucky, we might find a wintering spot for Ladybugs. This hike is 7 miles with over 700 feet elevation gain. You'll need water, lunch and money for your driver. Rain cancels. There will be an optional dinner at a very nice Italian restaurant in Oakland.
