Day Hike (1A): Laguna Creek Sacramento Vernal Pools

A 5-mile loop at the south end of town. An urban greenway, featuring a rich riparian environment with vernal pools along its overbanks, with interesting engineering and natural features. Bring lunch and liquids. Trails mostly exposed; sunscreen is advised. Dogs OK. Rain cancels. Leisurely pace. Gear list and other information will be provided after approval.

Our usual Sierra Club Medical Form is NOT required for this "Frontcountry" hike. Each participant will be required to sign the Sierra Club Sign-In & Waiver Form at the Trailhead.
