Volunteer Service Day

This month's service project is for outdoor go-getters of all ages and skill levels, in partnership with Sacramento County Regional Parks’ Family Health & Fitness Day. Get dirty and get healthy while improving our parkway habitat. We are also partnering with the California Department of Fish & Wildlife for Invasive Species Action Week. We'll talk about invasive plants, how to identify a few common culprits, properly remove them, and restore native habitat for our pollinators. Monthly Saturday service days are great for new volunteers, students needing community service hours, or simply a rewarding way to start your weekend.
