• What we'll do
Help improve Camp Pollock! Join us at this 11-acre former Boy Scout Camp located on the American River just 3 miles from the capitol building. Every Saturday volunteers team up with SVC staff to accomplish tasks including: painting, planting, weed/invasive plant eradication, construction, fence building, native plant garden maintenance and more.
Volunteer days are held every Saturday from 9am-1pm at Camp Pollock.

All youth must be accompanied by their guardian. Please register online, so we can plan our volunteer projects accordingly. Volunteers will be notified by email if the event is canceled. Rainy conditions will also cancel Service Project. Additional information about SVC’s events, outings and volunteer opportunities. If you would like to coordinate a group service day or have specific skills to share (electrician, plumbing, construction, etc), please contact us at camppollockcaretaker@sacramentovalleyconservancy.org
• What to bring
Please wear sturdy, closed toes shoes, hat, dress in layers and bring a water bottle, snack and liability form. All youth must be accompanied by their guardian.
