This class is done laying on a yoga mat and is very beginner friendly. No previous yoga or meditation experience is necessary to have an impactful & healing experience!
Yoga Nidra meditation is a practice of Pratyahara, the 5th limb of Yoga. This practice allows us to quiet our sensory experience and tap into our subconscious with ease. I will guide you through a body-scan practice that invites the release of awareness in that area of the body. As your awareness shifts from your external experience to the internal, the right hemisphere brain will be activated and new neural pathways will be built and reinforced that lead to joy, ease, and attainment of your dreams.
I invite you to join me afterwards for a cup of tea as you reflect on your experience. Yoga Nidra is a profound practice and is exceptionally suited for those dealing with chronic & acute stress, anxiety, depression, insomnia, chronic pain, addiction, ADHD, and grief/loss.
PLEASE BRING: yoga mat, 2 pillows, light weight blanket.
