Group Tennis Workout
Details
Join us for a fun tennis workout.
Please bring a racket, water, and extra balls (if you have them). I will have a few balls we can start with.
Here is what you can expect:
- 10 minutes - Drills/Warmups (You are welcome to do your own warmups or join the group)
- Group Play (We will either split up into groups of 2 or alternate out depending on group size)
If you have any tennis experience and want to lead the group through any drills or lead group play feel free to let me know.
