What we’re about
Connection, sisterhood, support, and empowerment! If you're looking for a women’s discussion group that is heart centered and spiritual at its core, join our Sacred Circle.
Women’s circles are one of the oldest forms of social interaction. Women in ancient times gathered to celebrate aspects of feminine life, share stories, worship their gods and goddesses, and pass down the traditions and wisdom that kept them alive and healthy.
Our Sacred Circle is an energetic space for women to speak, be heard, and grow. Our focus is fostering deeper conversations about spiritual and personal topics such as joy, abundance, purpose, inner wisdom, gratitude, sacred power, Divine feminine, life transitions, forgiveness, love, resilience, and the soul's journey. Discussion is facilitated and sometimes we break out into smaller groups for more intimate sharing.
In this group we:
- Encourage and respect all points of view
- Share own own experiences and beliefs
- Engage in respectful communication that honors all members of the group
- Support each other with positivity and joy, not criticism
- Respect other's perspectives, even if we disagree
All of our meetings are device-free so that we can be present for each other. We have a "Smart Phone Snuggle Spot" at the door where everyone can place their device.
The Sacred Circle for Women is open to women of all ages, religions, professions, and abilities and is free of competition and judgment. We support each other’s success and challenges. We set intentions for personal transformation. And, we enjoy tea and refreshments at every meeting!
Our main meeting space is The Clubhouse at Rio del Sol Condominiums, 2550 E River Rd (at E River Rd and Hacienda del Sol). We also have occasional Circles in people's homes, or other spaces when there is a special event. We typically have two Circles each month, on Wednesday (5:30p-7:30p) and Saturday (10:00am-12:00pm)

See all- Sacred Book Study: The power of female friendshipsClubhouse at Rio del Sol Condominiums, Tucson, AZ
Our female friends are a lifeline in times of crisis, a support system when we need to celebrate, make a big decision, or deal with loss, and source of advice for well, just about anything!
A number of women in our Sacred Circle have shared that making friends is more difficult in the modern age, and harder as we get older. Is this true for you? Why or why not? Are you looking for strategies to make new friends? What wisdom can you share about making and maintaining friendships that are fulfilling and fun, and that provide spiritual and emotional support?
In this Sacred Book Study, we’ll be discussing the book Platonic: *How the science of attachment can help you make – and keep – friends.
Author Marisa G. Franco, PhD, dives into the latest research about the bonds between us, and why making friends requires us to understand your attachment style. Platonic is filled with stories and actions for forging strong lasting connections with others.
Big shout out to Shannon, who suggested this book. She will co-facilitate this event.
To prepare for the discussion, please read or listen to the book Platonic, by Marisa G. Franco, PhD. You’ll find it on Amazon, or wherever you prefer to purchase your books.
