The goal of this group is to create a safe, supportive online space where people can release stress, reconnect with themselves, and experience deep emotional and nervous system healing through guided breathwork. This community is about slowing down, feeling safe in the body, and remembering who you truly are beneath the stress, anxiety, and daily pressures of life.

⢠Are new to breathwork or already love it
No experience is needed, beginners are very welcome.
Each Zoom gathering will include:
⢠A short grounding and intention-setting
⢠Education about the nervous system and breath
⢠A guided somatic breathwork session
⢠Gentle integration and sharing (optional)
