This calming virtual breathwork session is designed to help you release the stress of the week, soften anxiety, and prepare your body for deep rest and a fresh start.

We spend so much of life in “go mode.” This is your space to slow down, feel safe, and simply breathe.

During this session you’ll experience:
• A short grounding and intention setting
• Gentle guidance to relax the nervous system
• A restorative somatic breathwork journey
• Quiet integration time to absorb the experience

This is a soft, supportive session. Perfect for beginners and anyone feeling overwhelmed, tired, or emotionally full from the week.

No prior breathwork experience is needed. You keep your cameras on for me to see you and mics off, participate at your own comfort level.

Come as you are. Leave feeling lighter, calmer, and ready for the week ahead.
