Vital Harmony is a welcoming community for individuals living with chronic illness, autoimmune conditions, chronic pain, invisible illness, and long-term nervous system or immune system challenges. Whether you've recently received a diagnosis, have spent years searching for answers, or simply need a place where others understand what daily life is like, this group offers a compassionate space to connect.
Unlike many support groups that focus solely on symptoms or diagnosis, Vital Harmony recognizes that healing involves the whole person. We explore the connection between the nervous system, stress, immune function, relationships, lifestyle, and emotional well-being while honoring that every person's journey is unique.
Our discussions are guided by evidence-informed principles, lived experience, and genuine compassion—not judgment or unrealistic expectations. There is no pressure to "stay positive," have all the answers, or compare your experience to anyone else's.

Prosperity Pathways is a supportive community for anyone feeling overwhelmed by financial stress, uncertainty, debt, burnout, or the constant pressure to "figure it all out."
This is not a budgeting class.
It's not an investment seminar.
And it's certainly not a place where anyone will shame you for where you are financially.
Instead, we recognize that financial stress is often deeply connected to our nervous system. When we're living in survival mode, making confident financial decisions becomes incredibly difficult. Fear, scarcity, overwhelm, and shame can keep us stuck in patterns that feel impossible to change—even when we know what we "should" be doing.
