What we’re about

We've been sitting in meditation circles in Boston's MetroWest for 15 years now! Fresh, alive and simple, these are touch points of peace and simple happiness for many friends.

There are drop-in groups each week on Friday mornings at 9. We sit for about 40 (the time goes quickly in a small group) and then have a cup of tea.  There is no charge and donations are welcome.  You too can support these circle and the good energy, kindness and wellbeing in our neighborhoods and community.

If you've been meditating on your own, these groups can jump-start your sittings. It's an amazing effect to sit with a group in stillness. If you're new at meditating, you can either just show up (it's easier than you might think because it's natural!) or, send a note to me and come a little early and I can give you some tips.
