Mindful Matchmaking has been POSTPONED to April 6

We are postponing Mindful Matchmaking until April when we can devote our full attention to creating the incredible event you deserve.

Tantra means a weaving, or uniting, of our sensuality, our heart, and our spirit. It is the ultimate energy enhancer. Bringing more heart energy and spiritual connection to the art of everyday life. Lourdes will start us off with training on how to move energy through our bodies, how to enhance it, and how to exchange it with others. Through a series of partnered and group practices you will learn to enhance and direct the flow of your own energy.

We will take the tantra experience a little further in this second Mindful Matchmaking workshop by learning breath and energy practices to expand our ability to feel pleasure throughout our whole bodies, our nervous systems and our energetic system (chakras). These practices serve to awaken our ability to have whole body orgasms, even though there won't be any sexual touch or nudity.

Our energy system doesn't require erotic touch to activate us into higher states of energetic and spiritual pleasure. We are learning how to move energy beyond the traditional genital touch and friction that most people are accustomed to being the only entry way into pleasure.
Some of the practices we will experience are meant to establish deep connection and healing for all. Such as eye-gazing, heart and energy practices and deep honoring of each other. This is a beautiful opportunity to really feel into who you are most drawn to, for making a personal connection during the event or afterwards through our email matchmaking system.

Dance is a movement form that includes simple patterns. The magic happens through the connection between partners, both physical and energetic. We will delve into the harmonious integration of masculine and feminine energies, offering participants the opportunity to embrace and find balance between these two aspects.

Once we are floating and grounded in Tantric Presence, Natalia will teach us basic footwork and simple movement patterns of salsa and hustle to bring the magic to life and provide opportunities for participants to learn and improve their dancing skills. Afterwards, we will allow time for mingling and continued social dancing so you can play with what you’ve learned.

Experience in Tantra or Dance is not required, as this journey promises to be joyous and pleasurable for both dancers and non-dancers. Our recent January 28 event is also not a necessary prerequisite for this event.

This event is primarily for singles to have an opportunity to meet, though couples are also welcomed.

No need to bring a partner, we will be rotating partners throughout the evening. As always, we will begin with a conversation on consent and boundaries, all expression is welcomed, and all invitations are optional.

There is no sexual touch or nudity in this workshop. Yet you will go home with new dance skills, perhaps a new love interest, and your heart open and soaring.

She has created dynamic and memorable dance events that bring together passionate individuals who share a love for dance.
