We invite all ladies to join this women's-only shamanic community, a circle of sisterhood, in our safe, private, supportive space, where women are seen and heard free of judgement, where one can work on their own self-healing journey while helping empower and support other women in theirs.

You will be given the location and directions at that time. We appreciate your helping keep all our ladies safe online, and at in-person gatherings.

As we prepare for Spring's return next month, we will also prepare our minds, bodies, and spirits by awakening our inner light and energy!

Kimberly "Owl" will guide us through her intuitively created, gentle energy-activating movements to invigorate the dormant energies within. There will be a candid, sharing circle, a healing chakra meditation for self-love. Kimberly will lead the group in a shamanic drumming session to seek answers from spiritual guides and allies.

Bring a prayer or meditation shawl or sweater, a bottle of water and a journal if you wish to record your experiences. You may also bring a blanket to lie on if you are more comfortable doing so for the meditation.
