Healing Circle Rules and Code of Conduct -- Please Read

HOUSTON SHAMANISM,welcomes and respects ALL peace-loving, spiritual beliefs, paths, religions, and people to our group. That said, let's leave division behind, and create a safe, healing space for each other that is free of religion, politics and drama.

Your RSVP is Required on Meetup or directly to Kimberly at 281-851-0596. This includes any guests you may be bringing.
*This healing circle is a closed event and non registered persons may not join the circle in progress.

If you are an energy healing practitioner, you may offer one of the approved energy healing modalities (reiki, crystal, pranic, spiritualist church NSAC approved, Angelic/Ascended Masters Healing, or Shamanic).

CODE OF CONDUCT AND GUIDELINES -- Please Read Before Attending

* This will be a moderated circle, and completely hands off. Leave room between you and your partner so as to minimize any unwanted contact.

* Energy healings are conducted in an open circle, in full view of everyone. No private sessions are allowed outside of the main circle. Anyone who leaves the main healing circle to perform any type of healing, reading, or private discussion during the event will be asked to leave the event.

* Energy healing sessions will begin and end at Facilitator's direction.

* No smudges, smokes, or musical instruments may be used during the healing circle as to avoid distractions to others. Your host will provide any music, mantras or meditation guidance if required during the session.

* Adults over 18 only. Please do not bring children to this event.

* Everyone attending MUST sign the waiver on the clipboard. No signature= no participation.

* Practitioners and recipients alike will be paired one on one for each round (2) and are NOT allowed physical contact at any time during the healing session. Be sure to leave enough space between healer and subject to avoid violating personal space.

* Payment is not allowed at our venue; however, if you choose to make an offering, you may do so via PayPal, Venmo, Cash App, or a cash love offering of ANY AMOUNT in one of the white envelopes at sign in. This is NOT a requirement for participation, however.

* There will be at least two, 5 to 10 minute healing rounds at this first event with an orderly circle discussion afterward, followed.

* This event is held outdoors, dress accordingly and prepare for sudden weather changes. It is suggested you bring a folding chair or blanket as seating amenities are limited and chairs may or may not be provided.

* Please bring your own drink and a snack and prepare for any seasonable changes. A blanket, light jacket, hat, and water bottle or closed container drink are great to have on hand. NO refreshments will be provided.

* We kindly request that you do not bring any glass bottles or glass containers of any kind as they may not be legally permitted at the location.

* We are an an alcohol-free, and substance-free event. Do not attend if you are under the influence.

* Please do not attend if you feel ill or are recovering from illness as you will be working in close proximity of others.

* We are not a group for networking, dating, sales, religious, business, or entertainment.

* Harassment of any group member (on site or off site) will result in immediate termination of membership.

* Repeated disruptions during ceremonies, or willful disregard of safety rules, local laws or code of conduct while at a Houston Shamanism event may result in a minimum six month suspension of membership or full suspension of membership.
