Everyone is Welcome at The Full Moon Drumming and Healing Ceremony on Saturday September 26, 2026. Let us all usher in the spirit of Autumn in a healing, long drumming ceremony.

**Ages 15 and over must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

Our traditional Houston Shamanism group once again joins with its contemporary group, Sacred Circle Shamanism and Metaphysical Community of Houston to present a special, full moon healing drumming circle at 2115 Turner Drive, Houston Texas. This is an indoor event. Free parking inside the gate.

If you don't have drums, no problem. We have a few extra you may use in circle.

Cost: $10 per person pays for the use of our comfortable, indoor meeting space inside the church and a portion assists your host with monthly Meetup fees.

Doors Open for sign in and reflective meditation to prepare for the evening's event. Everyone attending MUST sign the waiver sheet on the table.

6:30 PM Doors Closed for Ceremony and Full Moon Drumming. * No latecomers will be admitted once the ceremony has begun. Please make plans to arrive by 6 PM and get settled in.
Event ends at 8:30 PM.

IMPORTANT RULES AND MEMBERS CODE OF CONDUCT:

CEREMONIAL ETIQUETTE

Enter the ceremony space quietly. If you must "visit" with others, do so at a Level 1 or 2 volume as others may be meditating in preparation for the event's ceremony.

Once ceremony has begun, follow the directions of your circle Elder or Facilitator.

We utilize a "talking stick" that is passed clockwise so that everyone may speak and not be interrupted. Please try not to speak out of turn.

Once ceremony has ended, please try to maintain a voice level of 1 or 2 as you move about and collect your belongings or are exiting the building.

RULES (Updated August 2026)

Houston Shamanism and Sacred Circle Shamanism are not dating, advertising, sales, entertainment or promotional groups. We ask that attendees refrain from networking for these purposes during ALL meetings and ceremonies.

We are an alcohol-free, and substance-free zone and do not permit these types of activities at our ceremonies.

Although this event is usually held inside the First Spiritualist Church of Houston, this is not a church sponsored event and is not endorsed by the National Spiritualist Association of Churches. You may take any of the free literature provided by the church if you are interested and contact them at a later time.

We do not allow tarot readings or palm readings at our ceremonies or at this location.

We generally do not allow others to give psychic messages to others or conduct energy healings before, during or after the ceremonies at the gatherings, UNLESS you are approved, or instructed to do so by the Circle Facilitator.
