#### Willful Warrior: The Fountain Of Unconditional Love & Self Care

##### Join us April 27th-29th in New Milford CT starting at 8am, where we will be spending two full days and two full nights together with the one and only Willful Warrior Leland Holgate and his Bride to be Meagan! Leland is a combat veteran who has healed himself TWICE from being quadriplegic (due to two unrelated accidents years apart). Leland fully healed his former spinal cord breaks & other injuries, using very specific breath work techniques that you won't find on youtube.

##### He is excited to be working with Dr. Joe Dispenza and His research team to further the study on these life changing breathing techniques as his work continues to evolve. Leland and Meagan have devoted their combined life to sharing his work with other Vets & those of us who want to take our life daily self care & self love practice to another level with the use of our breath and movement techniques! The retreat will also include things like Yoga, cold plunging Organic meals, optional private Reiki, sound bath & a cacao ceremony.

On the Spiritual side: We will be focusing on releasing old energy & opening our pineal glands, achieving altered states of consciousness, opening the heart & other energy centers
On the Physical side: We will be repairing damaged DNA, lengthening our telomeres,
& increasing cellular energy, oxygenation & circulation, boosting healing proteins & neurotransmitters in the body & optimizing magnesium levels just to name a few of the things you'll taking back into your self love practice after this weekend.

One sleeping option will be to spend both nights of this retreat at The Fountain and the other will be to sleep at a nearby Lake House we have rented on Candlewood lake.

A unique approach for a Men’s Group

Reconnect to your spirit of adventure, join a group of men to experience
the wild side of nature, test your skills, and renew your instincts. Gather
around the fire drumming, sharing life’s victories and challenges with a group of men.

You will be guided by two leaders to explore nature and rediscover the sources of your power,
independence, confidence and how to apply your hidden resources to conquer the obstacles you encounter in life; like the wolf.

Each month we will gather at either the beautiful Enchanted Forests of Patterson, NY or at California Hill State
Forest in Carmel, NY.

Our next gathering is: PSC, 170 Waywayanda Court, Carmel, NY 10512
Saturday and Sunday - May 4th& 5th, 2024 in Carmel, NY at the Positive Science Center Saturday May 4, 1pm: arrival and gathering in the Wolf Clan Circle around the fire.

 Introductions and sharing while in the Wolf Clan Circle
 The rest of the Day will consist of:
 Walk through the woods as a pack, stopping a sacred spaces along the way

 Wilderness Activity: Zen of Archery and Knife Throwing Afterwards we will share a meal together

 Fire Circle Ceremony - where everyone creates a Release Stick and place it in the fire.

 Drum, Rattle and Roar around the fire
 Those staying over sleep in tents or in the cabin

Sunday May 5
 Morning guided Meditation
 Gather for breakfast around the fire
 Water activities – canoe or kayak
 We will end with the “The Lone Wolf” – each person will do a solo Forest Wisdom Wandering or find a
place to Sit for a Meditation
 Talking Circle - Wolf returns to the clan to share its medicine and experiences from the weekend.

Michael Gulbrandsen of Nature’s Whispers is a guide and naturalist & the Positive Science Center’s Dr. John Ryder, a psychologist invite all men age 21 & older to join us!!

The Wolf is the tribe's greatest teacher. The Wolf Clan was created so men can share their life’s journey and
it’s teachings with each other. Discover being in the forest, working together as a pack and develop inner strength along the way. The wolf is loyal to the pack but has strong individualistic urge, we will explore
both.

You will leave renewed, recharged with reawakened purpose & energy.
