Banh mi sandwiches on sourdough bread roll (choice of grilled tofu, spicy raw vegetables, cooked mushrooms or a combination of these), special chocolate pie (sweet potato, cocoa powder, dates, soy milk [soybeans and water], oats, vanilla, cinnamon), fruit cups, 🍓🍋🫐🥭🥝 fruit cup shakes, and green smoothies have been added to his menu.
