At Perdue, the chickens are sick with 7 types of diseases, i.e bursa, salmonella, etc. and often cannot get to water or food. They are bred to eat a diet to make them obese, and they often cannot even walk due to splayed legs. All the male chicks born are tossed into a macerator and chopped up alive as they bring in no money. They boil the chickens alive. They keep all this hidden as no one would every buy thier chicken if they could see this.

Please help us hand out leaflets at Trader Joe's to help stop this animal cruelty. We need the public to know what they are supporting and we need to get Trader Joe's to stop buying hundreds of thousands of chickens from Perdue Factory Farms in Petaluma.
