What we’re about
The purpose of this meetup is to engage agile and scaled agile enthusiast to discuss agile transformation challenges through lean coffee and book club. We talk about leadership skills you need to succeed in doing the transformation, discuss interesting use cases, challenges, issues. We use a Kanban board to build an agenda and go over specific problems and possible solutions as a team.
This is group is good for everyone - if you are new to agile or if your goal is to learn, lead, coach agile teams and advance your career.
