Socially anxious? But already tried Toastmasters and therapists and it didn't work?
Lets meet up weekly and put each other on the spot, learn to speak confidently and calmly. Lets reprogram our brains to think differently.
We will practice speaking to crowds with ourselves, improve our skills. The structure will follow a Toastmaster like agenda, but with more individual attention.
Exposure is the only natural way to come out of social phobia, lets battle it together.
