SaGaS NorCal Men's Skiing and Snowboarding

This is a group for adult GBTQ men-loving-men in Northern California who are into skiing and snowboarding. SaGaS = Skiers and Gay Snowboarders! All expertise levels are welcome! The goal is to make friends, build connections, share car rides, and potentially rent cabins together in Tahoe and beyond and have some fun, on and off the slopes!

We are attempting to rise from the ashes of the old SAGA North group ("Skiers and Gay Athletes", created in the days before snowboarding), which was disbanded over a decade ago. Two brother but southern CA groups have carried on since that era and remain active: SAGA LA and SAGA San Diego.

This group was created by one of our members back in February 2024, and not much happened with it until February 2025. We currently have about 50 guys who have joined. Our primary city will probably be San Francisco, but we will welcome skiers and snowboarders from throughout Northern and Central California (and indeed any others who wish to join us for our events from SoCal or elsewhere).
