Micky is unavailable for this session, but you're welcome to join us for a once-off Tai Chi n Chill class with an alternative instructor.
We hope to see Micky back again Friday August 22nd
Bring your own mat, or limited mats are available to borrow.
This is a fully inclusive event and absolutely EVERYONE is welcome! We welcome newcomers and recognise it can take courage to do something different.
If you have any questions, or maybe you like the idea but feel unsure, please message us. We will do what we can to help you to feel welcome.

Format
12.40-1pm: Arrive, settle in
1pm: Session begins
2pm: Session ends
We might look at catching up and playing a game two after the session β£οΈπ²
== About SAGE ==-
SAGE is a social group for people who identify as being on the autistic spectrum. You do not need a formal diagnosis to come along to events and support people are welcome.
Our core values are respect, acceptance, and community, and by holding to these values we aim to create a friendly and safe place for members to relate to others and have some fun.
New members are always welcome and we understand that it can take courage to attend events if you donβt get out often. Feel free to message event hosts for details or assurance. We want to meet you. We want all our events be psychological safe spaces and do not tolerate aggressive or inappropriate behavior.
