Join us for a relaxed, affirming, and inclusive social session designed especially for neurodivergent folks.
Led by Elise – an autistic pole dancer, registered nurse, mental health professional, and amateur state title winner – and Laurena – a neurodivergent professional pole competitor with over a decade in the industry – this event is all about connection, movement, and self-expression in a pressure-free environment.
What to Expect:
A low-pressure, sensory-aware space
Time to stim, spin, stretch, or simply watch and connect
Gentle guidance at your pace – no experience needed
A chance to meet likeminded people in a supportive, inclusive studio

Rockingham Pole Sisters – a neurodivergent-friendly studio that embraces individuality and community

Small-group social format (not a formal class)
Open to autistic, ADHD, queer, trans & neurodivergent folks + allies
Private and 1:1 intro sessions also available if groups feel overwhelming
