Start Spring season with FREE 4 week meditation course.
Thursdays: March 22, 29 and April 5, 12 at 7:30 PM - 8:30PM

Four week course will cover:
The Basics of Meditation
Guided Meditation with live music (Flute, sitar and more) , 7 energy centers, 3 channels .
How to meditate at home and balance your inner being
How to balance left and right sympathetic channel
- 1st week - March 22nd: Introduction & Guided Meditation - Self-Realization.
- 2nd week - March 29th: Learning to balance yourself:
How to decode yourself the state of your energy centers
How to balance left and right sympathetic channel - 3rd week - April 5th: Water element - Foot soaking introduction and its benefits
- 4th week - April 12th: Water element - Ice pack treatment and its benefits
