Our courses are suitable for everyone of all ages, no physical yoga, no prior knowledge or experience is required.

SAHAJA YOGA MEDITATION

In these sessions, you will get answers to all these questions. Most importantly, you will experience the awakening of the Motherly energy within you and the joyful state of thoughtless awareness – spontaneously!

For that, you do not need to pay anything or have any prior experience, but only a pure desire to know the true Self which is full of peace, joy, and love for others.
